The Die Casting Workshop specializes in producing zinc alloy metal crafts with complex shapes and three-dimensional designs.

This workshop operates 13 professional die casting machines, with a monthly production capacity of approximately 2 million die-cast blanks.

To improve efficiency and consistency, the workshop also uses automated robotic arms for part removal, which reduces manual handling and increases production stability.

Zinc alloy die casting allows us to create highly detailed 3D medals, challenge coins, keychains, and commemorative items, making it ideal for premium custom metal souvenirs.
