The Die Struck Workshop focuses on shaping iron, brass, and copper materials through high-pressure die striking technology, widely used for producing high-detail metal crafts.
The workshop is equipped with 6 hydraulic striking machines, including equipment capable of 1500 tons of pressure, enabling us to create highly detailed and precisely formed metal components.

Maximum product size: 100 × 100 mm
-
Monthly capacity: 1,000,000 die-struck pieces
For example, when producing challenge coins, we use a specialized die-struck process:
First, the round coin shape is struck from the metal sheet.
Then, the designs are embossed on both sides using precision molds.
This method ensures the coin remains perfectly flat with straight edges, allowing it to stand upright on a table without leaning—a key indicator of high-quality die-struck coin production.
