To ensure the highest product quality, TechArt has built a 1,200 m² dust-free coloring workshop equipped with 33 automatic coloring machines.

Strict cleanliness control is implemented in this workshop:

• Workers must remove dust before entering

• Protective hats and gloves are required

• Dedicated work shoes are used inside the workshop

Thanks to these standards, the workshop achieves a 99.9% product pass rate, preventing defects such as dust particles, hair contamination, or black spots in enamel.

This facility is particularly important for producing premium custom medals and high-end promotional pins.
