The Mold Workshop is the starting point for every custom metal product. High-quality molds ensure that every detail of a medal, badge, or coin can be reproduced accurately during mass production.
Our mold department is equipped with 20 high-precision CNC engraving machines, along with supporting equipment such as grinding machines, milling machines, and wire-cutting machines.

Stamping molds are mainly used for round medals and lapel pins, while die-casting molds are designed for complex 3D zinc alloy products such as keychains and sculpted badges.
With advanced CNC machining technology and skilled mold engineers, our team ensures extremely precise mold carving, allowing us to deliver products with sharp details, clear textures, and consistent quality across large production runs.
